May I personally welcome all Leaders and Professionals to the World of E’Co.

Why does the World Bank “call for action on a Global Scale” in their “World Development Report 1999/2000”.... ?  Is it because we have a problem and need a Solution Now ?

A Conference centre is under construction, (completion Jan. 2002) where Environmental professionals will meet monthly/bi-monthly so that all facets of environmental management can be either: created, discussed or implemented.
