Environmental problems in this present day and age are a 

matter of Global concern. No individual country, corporation or business can effectively address them by acting alone. This is where E'Co comes into the equation. The World Bank's "World Development Report" of 1999/2000 states - "...a range of other environmental issues calls for action on a global scale" + "...which will place all countries at risk if no collective action is taken."

 

The stage has been set and E'Co has accepted the call to arms. Through E'Co, corporations and businesses as well as the world's government leaders (all our decision makers) can achieve a similar goal.

 

As is now it would be wrong of us to say these decision makers are doing nothing, each have their own Environmental policies and investments. But how effective are these? not all but some corporations look no further than how effectively these initiatives "cover their backsides". They are simply a yearly figure that is put into the environment that should dull any public disposition that may arise. Not good enough!

 

Imagine the action achieved with every multi-national corporation working as one body through E'Co. Instead of complicating such a serious picture with thousands of investments in band-aid solutions from country to country, corporations need to regress and think on the simplest level. One Global Solution. One tool to take all the power holders and send them in the one effective direction. A future not just in an environment we can all enjoy but also a future of more profit through sustainability and

co-operation.
